Annoying

Recently I have been trying to play my free gacha pass for the last two gachas, but it keeps sending me to this screen of a picture of an old gacha and telling me theres a new gacha.

I dont know if this was supposed to happen but its not letting me get the gacha gear. Its annoying because even if I do buy some points It will do the same thing for cosplay. Therefore I can only get items by trading, getting on everyday, and doing the contiuation item search thing. If you could fix this early, it would help so I could get the gacha, and cosplay items.
