This was a really good game but with new update screen goes blank. Please fix

When I first started I didnt like the combat mechanic.I saw everyone with a weapon but I was fighting with my fists.But do you know what my biggest problem is?The Grammar. I saw the word "qest" instead of "quest" and saw "many persons hurt". I dont think those are there on accident .

On the mission "battle of rampart" I cant continue because it keeps black screening. Ive tried re downloading the game and exiting it too but it keeps happening. If you could please fix this I would be so grateful because I really like this game but I cant play it because of this

I downloaded Elemental Knights in hopes of playing with my friend however I cannot get past the "importing character" section of the loading screen. I have played this in the past and I did not have any problems... Please fix soon! :) ( I would definately reinstall and recommend this game once the bug is resolved)

Eko is an excellent game and had played it in the past, although now every time I go to play it there is this importing character thing that takes forever to complete. So can you please update the game and fix this?
